Detection of Mouse NeuroD2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse brain (cortex) tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1ug/ml of Human NeuroD2 Antigen Affinitypurified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRPconjugated Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for NeuroD2 at approximately 41kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
